Pastor Bobby Leonard

TIBC called Rev. Bobby Leonard as their Senior Pastor on September 21, 2008. Pastor Bobby has more than 30 years of ministry experience.

Pastor Bobby attended high school in Pompano Beach, Florida where he was a member of the baseball team and marching band. After high school Pastor Bobby enrolled at Mississippi College in Clinton Mississippi earning his B.S. degree in 1972. He graduated from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas is 1976.

Pastor Bobby has served churches in Harlingen and El Paso, Texas. He and his family also served as missionaries in Santarem, Para, Brazil with the International Mission Board.

Pastor Bobby has served several churches in Oklahoma as an interim pastor and has filled many pulpits in a supply capacity

He has a lifetime love of international missions and has lead more than 20 trips to Europe, South America, Canada and Central America.

His is married to Robin and has three children and two grandchildren Madison and Hunter.

Pastor Bobby's favorite Bible passage is Romans 15: 20-21 "So my aim is to evangelize where Christ has not been named, in order that I will not be building on someone else's foundation, but, as it is written: Those who had no report of Him will see, and those who have not heard will understand."
